My husband and I have our auto and renters through Wolf River Insurance and we feel that they are fair, honest and helpful with every aspect of our policies. We recently purchased a new car and before the car was even in our possession we had the car on our policy! Made us feel confident and comfortable knowing we were covered as soon as it was delivered to us. Our renters insurance is a great policy that makes us feel comfortable knowing we are fully covered with anything that might happen to us. We are the Johnson's, we were introduced to
the owners of Wolf River Insurance Company through our former lenders. This team in our opinion is very family oriented! When you call, no matter what your concern they will definitely answer. Whether it's by phone, email or as we received a personal visit to our home. You are not just a number or a dollar amount, you are somebody! When this team changed venues, we voluntarily changed with team. Opting for a Live Rep verses a machine. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed! Got us a much lower rate than our past carrier, their network of partners is much larger. Therefore they were able to give us better options, annual policy decreased significantly. Which helped our monthly mortgage to decrease, the Johnson's are definitely Winning!

Combining two homes is difficult enough but having issues with an insurance agent can create financial nightmares and marital strife for newly weds. After two years of insufficient policy coverage and incorrect claim reports, I decided enough was enough. One call to Debbie for a quote ended in a written policy before 24 hours was over.
