Their asking price were better than others; more importantly, their in-person service was very professional and felt honest. Smooth & efficient transaction. Maria and Amira are the best so nice and very polite my wife brought a ton of jewelry she didn't want any more and Amira and Maria took very good care of us and paid us the max that they could witch wasn't bad at all my wife was pleased with the sale. Exceptional staff and service. I have to say, I really didn’t know what to expect. I read reviews and compared nearby and further business, as well as, online.

I decided to at least get the gold I had appraised. It’s important to note, you can get broken pieces of jewelry etc appraised-they don’t have to be perfect. For example, I lost one of my gold earrings- and was able to sell the one piece I had.

Off the bat, you walk in and you’re buzzed in for security reasons, but more notably, it was such a warm and welcoming entrance. You’re immediately greeted.

I experienced and witnessed every single patron being treated warmly and with dignity by Maria and Michael.

Maria worked with me to appraise and buy some of my jewelry. There was never a pressure to sell, the offer is based on the market, and the market fluctuates, but where I was really impressed was how thoughtful and willing to educate Maria was. I learned new things about diamonds and gold, what is/isn’t valuable, what is/isn’t worth buying, where to look when you want to buy.. etc.

I think that you won’t be sorry. They already know people are coming in wanting top dollar and I believe they offer it. As a reseller of other goods/services, I can’t commend this establishment or its staff enough. It’s a longstanding business that’s family owned and you will be treated well, and paid out well.

Maris also referred me to a jewelry repair person who was outstanding and in a matter of 15 minutes serviced my daughter’s bracelet which I got appraised and decided to keep and repair. My daughter was happy and the referral was as good as dealing with this business.

Absolutely, by far, the utmost the best company to do business with. I had a couple of items that were collecting dust, and it felt like the time to make a deal. At first, I went to my local mall gold buyer. They quoted me a decent price, but I wanted to get a second opinion. I was in the area and stopped by Gold & Silver Exchange and based on their Yelps, it seemed like a good place to stop by. Maria greeted me as I walked in. She was able to quickly quote me a price. The offer was a little lower than the first business I went to. So, I politely declined the offer. Maria understood and said she would keep my quote in case I changed my mind. Well, the first business they did was the old “bait and switch”. Needless to say, I walked out and returned to the Gold & Silver Exchange. Even though it was a drive from my home, I felt good about our initial interaction. Maria was warm, knowledgeable, and professional. There was no pressure from her. She knew she had a very good competitive offer and I would likely be back. She was right.

THIS is THE best place! Of course you have to do your homework and check other stores too. It's always good to get at least three different price quotes on everything and that is what I did... until I found other crooks out there (and I came back not only because it was closer to me but because they are honest 100% )
