I currently bank with first city and recently found out that, if to many disputes are filed, I could be banned from having a debit card. I also found that I'll be held accountable for a transaction that was not my fault. And would have to pay back money for something that I had nothing to do with. Hmm, never had to deal with issues like this in any other bank I've had.

Can you give them 0 stars? They are impossible to work with, horrible customer service. I've attempted to do multiple simple stuff online (ie pay a bill, transfer money) and the website always says "this service is temporarily unavailable" and then have to call them and wait on hold for 2 hours to tell me they cant help me. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I received a 2.7% APR rate with them but also had an offer of 2.85% APR from USAA on a $30,000+ loan. It is sad that I really wish I took the more expensive loan just to not deal with this Credit Union. Avoid at any cost if you do not want to spend hours on end trying to just pay your bill.

The Claremont Location is just the best. All of the employees are pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable of their job. Each time I have been into this location, I have been meet with outstanding customer service, smiling and friendly faces and been satisfied when I left the office. Thank you to all of the employees who work tirelessly, in the sprit of excellence to provide Awesome Customer Service to us all.

Everyone was friendly and professional. Aracely, customer service is amazing. Everyone was helpful, they had a smile when I walk in. I definitely recommend this bank.

We have been members for 25 years. Used them for basic services such as checking and savings which is painless through the internet and via iOS and Android applications. Car loans rates are lower at dealerships only through specials. But regardless, these people treat us like welcomed guests, not criminals.

Not relevant to this branch, but avoid this Credit Union. In working with an agent for a mortgage loan, their agent displayed discriminatory sexism toward a new mother seeking a home loan, simply because she had a baby. The agent claimed “who knows if she will ever go back to work!?” Choose another credit union.

What thieves, charged me $10 to cash a $50 check, seriously? This is exactly why we need regulations on financial institutions so they don't profit mercilessly on the backs of working people. I will never do business with this company again.

Worst bank ever. You can stay online for an hour without getting a customer service come on. The automated service will hang up on you. Horrible Horrible experience. Zero star for this bank.
