Deposited a 70000 cashiers check been 3 weeks still has not cleared and went into the bank they told me that i would recieve the money in partial payments the manager lady said that it is a credit uniom and that they dont doll out one lump somes of money like that. This bank is a freaking joke.AS SOON AS THE MONEY CLEARS I WILL BE CLOSING THE ACCOUNT AMD I ADVISE ANY AMD EVERYONE TO STQY AWAY FROM THIS BANK THWY ARE CROOKS. NAVY FIRST FEDERAL IS THE BANK. THATS WHERE IM GOING.

50% of the time seems to be an issue with the ATM here. Location is convenient but might have to drive out of the way now for a different ATM. Went to withdraw money and it went into sleep mode. My bank says it withdrew $$ but nothing came out. Talked to the manager Jessica and she didn’t seem to care.

My family have been members for at least 30 years. Staff are personable, friendly and very helpful us all. From the administration to loans we’ve had many great experiences. This credit union reminds us of what customer service should be. We've been customers since January/February 2016 and have not been let down. This small institution treats it's customers like people and not like someone else in line like big institutions. So far we've been greeted with sincere smiles from new accounts, tellers and the loan department. Hopefully you will not be disappointed here. We plan on being lifelong members.

Most staff are friendly, except for, Georgina. She needs to work on her customer service skills. Too bad she is the Manager. On another note, the banking app is a little frustrating. It takes several days for certain transactions to appear. This can make it hard to tell what transactions are pending.

Don't be fooled by the other reviews on here! Ontario Montclair Federal Credit Union is PRIMATIVE compared to more established credit unions. This bank is always full of little surprises. Tried to refinance my car loan to save money, and they tell me per their policy new loans must add $4000 extra to the loan for application! Someone tell me how that makes any sense for me to lower my monthly payment?! Sounds like something you hear from a ONE BRANCH Bank. They spend plenty of money renovating the office interior but FAIL to provide their CUSTOMERS with additional ATMs on site. Especially when the only one they have available is BROKEN like today! Their JOB is to take in money and distribute money accordinglingy, and can't seem to be proficient in it! You are better off going to a more established credit union that has multiple branches and plenty of ATMs on site. You'll also get better loan approvals without stupid contingencies like OMFCU. NO EXCUSES for a place that SWIMS in MONEY!!! GET A CLUE OMFCU and try to keep up with the REAL banks of the World. I work in financial law and know what I'm talking about. I've also never left a review for anything before, but best believe I left one for this mediocre place. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE. They will always smile at your face, it's the least they can do.
