I had a very concerning experience with this company. An employee, Adrianna H., made inappropriate and uncomfortable remarks regarding deportation and political matters. I believe that political discussions of this nature have no place in a professional setting, and I found the comments to be highly unprofessional and offensive. Due to this experience, I will no longer be doing business with this company. I hope management takes a closer look at employee conduct to ensure a more respectful and inclusive environment for all customers.

I’ve been with this place since I was 16 and now I am 34 yrs old! Nicole is the absolute best if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t still be with this company she goes above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied and get what you need should even call you after closing if she hasn’t got back to you finish helping you out is just the absolute sweetest!!!

I’ve been with this company for years, usually I have the best customer service experience. Today unfortunately was a different story. Adrianna H. was very snappy, impatient, and kept talking over me. She stated “We keep interrupting each other so let me talk and you can listen and then speak after me” She quoted me one price then when I was about to agree to be added on to a policy she quoted me a different price almost $100 extra. She didn’t know why it raised when the accident report stated I wasn’t at fault. She wouldn’t call to fix it after she said she would and she still hasn’t given me a price after a day and a half of asking what I’d have to pay out of my pocket to my dad who was adding me on his policy. When I initially called in the morning I was very respectful and from the jump she was rude saying “ugh hold on” and put me on hold for 5 mins sounding irritated the fact I called. I treat others how they treat me she was very unprofessional and I feel if you don’t like your job then find a different one. I do hope they monitor the call for quality assurance. I’m very unhappy with how she handled everything.

Been with Thrifty for many years and Nicole has always taken extremely good care of us for all our insurance needs. She’s family as far as we’re concerned. Jose runs a tight operation with professionalism that is second to none. They’re always looking out for the client, providing the best policy at the most reasonable price. We won’t go anywhere else.
