In early August my husband and I decided to move out of the horrible Texas summers and find a cooler and dryer climate to move to. We made a trip to Utah and New Mexico to start looking. When we found the house we wanted, our realtor referred us To Mike at Mortgage Solutions because of his knowledge with VA lending. After getting our pre-approval (which Mike had completed in 2 days!), we made an offer on our house and our realtor put us into a 30-day closing. Mike kept everything moving in a timely matter and communicated with us EVERY step of the way! Mike was very responsive to e-mails, texts and any phone calls! On Fridays we always received a "weekend" update, so we didn't spend 2 days wondering what was going on.

Mike is personable, funny and professional all at the same time!
