Auto loans & savings account established here at the Farmington location. Never experience bad customer service, appears like employees like their job and this reflects in services. Clean atmosphere. Don't have to place my card into system nor place fingerprints into scanning system.
The online system is cumbersome and not user friendly. The phone service usually connects with (believe Albuquerque) they are not friendly. I personally prefer going to Farmington location, other US Eagle needs to take lessons from my branch.

High five to US Eagle Credit Union. They are there when you need them, financially i am very satisfied with this bank. You will be pleased thats for sure. Staff is very friendly and waiting time is excellent. Go get that account started with savings and checking.

I was so impressed on how the staff at US Eagle Farmington branch treated their customers that the next day I closed my accounts at the credit union I was using and reopened them at US Eagle. I even plan to move my direct deposit from where is been going in the past nine years. This branch definitely deserves a five star rating!!

I went in the bank it was very busy. The drive through emptied out and that lady actually came out front and helped me instead of sitting there waiting for her station to get business. All of the ladies seemed very happy like the loved their job. It makes such a difference when people are happy instead of just waiting for quitting time.

The woman who helped me was great. She was patient, understanding, very knowledgeable. Trustworthy. I appreciated her very much. Not sure if I should put her name here but she’s the manager of the Farmington branch. Thank you.

This bank steals money and their managers back them up to scam. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. They cannot professionally put a file together to retrieve scammers nor do they have money to secure yours.

I used US Eagle for about two years as my primary bank. During that, time they locked me out of my account on three separate occasions because of a fraud concern I assume some computer algorithm identified. In none of the three occasions was there any actual fraudulent activity. When I called the number on the back of the debit card, I was told I would have to contact my "financial institution". I was at a restaurant with my family the last time it happened, it was a weekend, the bank was closed, and I had no cash. My 16-year-old daughter had to pay for the meal. It was incredibly embarrassing and humiliating. I was never contacted on any of the three occasions when I was locked out of my account. I went to the bank to close my account and experienced horrible customer service, nothing but excuses and blaming others, no ownership for the issues. DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To start off the front desk lady’s are super kind and helpful but the call representatives are rude and judgmental.They bank itself is unreliable with your money. They don’t notify you about anything. I was lied to by a call representative about an important issue on my end. So I wouldn’t recommend calling for any issues, I’d go in and speak to the front desk lady’s they will help you out a lot more.
