SoWesCo Property Management managed our rental property in Farmington for over 25 years. We did not live in New Mexico, so we depended on SoWesCo to oversee all the aspects of the property. They did a great job managing the renters, maintaining the upkeep on the property, tracking the financials, and taking care of repairs. They understood the market knowing what to ask for rent and eventually what the property would sell for. We always had a good experience with all of the employees. The last few years Daniel Hallum managed the property, and he did an outstanding job.

Daniel goes above and beyond to help in any way he can. Everyone in the office is nice and ready to help as well. Since they have started managing the property where we rent from so many things have been getting fixed and updated. We appreciate all the help Daniel has done for us.

I highly recommend SoWesCo Property Management. Their staff goes above and beyond for you. We were getting frustrated trying to find a place and they alleviated so much of our stress. We had interactions with 3 of the employees, Deeandra, Tammie, and Daniel. Tammie - after understanding what we were looking for,
she would text us with any new listings and ask if we wanted to schedule a showing. Deeandra was very knowledgeable and patient with us. If the others were busy she stepped up and helped us. Daniel is exactly who want when you are looking for a house, especially when you are not from the area. After helping us find our new home he walked us through the application process. We submitted our application after hours and SoWesCo still processed it. Daniel sent our approval letter to us later that same night! I have never had a management company move that fast. We had our approval in less than 4 hrs! Then the next day when we were signing our lease online one of the emails was wrong, I notified Daniel through email. We didn't expect to her anything until the next day since it was after hours, but Daniel immediately took care of it. They provided us with addresses we needed to turn on the utilities and walked us through online payments. The communication with SoWesCo has been amazing so far. Thank you SoWesCo for making our hunt for a home in this crazy market so much easier.

I have tried contacting this place to look at some houses, and I was given dates of the day that only whoever it was I was talking to on the phone can do it. I wasn’t even given a chance to look at a place on my only day off I have one day off during the week I worked so much and when I was on the phone with the girl, I felt like I was in trouble there was a lot of attitude from her And the house that I was getting ready to look at was rented out and I wasn’t given a chance to look at it on my day off. I’ve called this place one other time and have looked at a place, but felt like I was in trouble, there’s just a lot of attitude from the girl I was talking to on the phone
