The person that try to take care of me very nice and professional but she has been calling someone for about an hour now I guess trying to get me approved or whoever she waiting on an email from no one has answered the phone. The phone is just constantly going to voicemail now that’s not professional. I’m sitting in my car right now as we speak, I don’t know if I have gotten approved or not but I won’t know I’ve been here since five at 6:28

I've never had a issue at this location. Service was always swift and easy. CJ I think is the manager and he's very knowledgeable and nice. If you need a loan or other needs I recommend this location.

I called and was told I didn’t need my id to cash my check here. I got there stood in the long slow line just to get the window and be told it can’t be done!? What’s the purpose of creating a whole account having a picture of yourself on their file and still need a id If that’s the case it’s no point in creating of giving them any information you should just be able to come cash the check with an id

Definitely should BE NEGATIVE ONE star. I called to ask how much is a money order and was told that the staff is "not allowed to give rates over the phone".... I don't care if I have to pay $5, I'll happily go somewhere else to purchase a money order the few times each year that I need one.
