Among the atributes I can associate with Donald are the following;\:
-He was easy to get a hold of and always returned phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
-He took time to get to know us...after a while, it was like working with a friend.
-He gave us several options for mortgage solutions
-He took time to explain things and was always pleasent when I asked some dumb questions!
-The process that Bell Bank had for uploading documents was easy to understand and follow.
-Donald conected me with other divisions of the Bank for other business...who were all great to work with.
