Although there is a slight communication issue the good things about the agency outshines it all. Speaking from experience, they'll help you every step of the way. They've helped us get back on our feet when no one else would and now we have a home that we never thought we'd ever have.

My significant other and I tried five different times to find a home through this company. Honestly, Dean was quite possibly the only person there that could actually answer questions when asked. Out of the five properties we applied for we only heard back on one to be rejected and they couldn't even provide us a reason as to why; though that was better than the other four where we heard nothing back at all. It would be several days to even weeks of having to call them and being told "we'll get back to you" before they'd tell us "oh, no one got back to you? That property is gone, but you can always apply to another one". We finally faced facts, we were never going to get anywhere with this company. The two of us ended up finding a place on the Yuma Marketplace on Facebook. Save your time, it's a headache waiting to happen.

This office is beyond unprofessional. They never call you back about listings, if you have questions for the owner they don't know the answer to they never contact you back. I've tried to get a showing for multiple listings just to be ignored. They also almost never answer the phone.

Told us an apartment was available for showing so we drove three hours to see it and told us a half hour before the showing that it was unavailable. Waste of time, rude and should lose their license.

Just an all around awful experience from them. It ranges from poor upkeep of communication, process in taking care of the properties, to not even returning your deposits like they said they would. I would RUN from this place!
