Kim is by far the best realtor you’re going to find! She helped my family find our first home and as new home buyers she was relentless until we found the best fit. We were very pleased with Kim's approach to getting us the maximum price for our little vacation home in the Yuma Foothills. She immediately did a market analysis that showed the worth of our place. Selling in October (the beginning of the winter season) is usually hard to do as people tend to wait til the end of the season to buy, hoping to get a lower price. Fortunately, we had Kim as our advocate and we sold our place in November. It was a great eperience and we recommend Kim, highly.
