Terrible service!!! When we moved out of the house that we rented fron them, Diana Crites used our deposit money to replace things in the house that we’re broken before we even moved in, We cleaned the whole house and the yard and still we had to pay a “cleaning fee”of $300, she never showed us any receipts from all the “fees” that she used our deposit for when we ask. While living there we had pay out of pocket for maintenance for the house , Do Not Rent From them!

When we moved in things were not even finished. The closet in our room had the glass doors left in the room. It has been over three months and still no one has been here to fix it or even look at it. I have a small child and told them it is not safe and still nothing. We got moved in quickly but that's all that they have done for us in a timely fashion. Even when our sink needed someone we had to wait for someone to come out 2 days later...

Crites and associates are so amazing!! They worked with me every step of the way to find me the perfect home, and I did not make it easy! Brandi showed me property after property, always with a smile and great attitude. I finally found the one for me, but it was in an HOA. I have heard horror stories about living in an HOA. So I was reluctant to say the least. I decided to go for it anyway, and have not regretted it since. Crites and associates are so attentive to any and all concerns and or complaints by me or my neighbors. Not to mention the lawncare FREE LAWNCARE! Keeping my front yard looking beautiful all year round. The community pool is always clean and ready for a quick dip. They have turned me into an advocate to the HOA life style. I cant speak for all home owners associations but the one ran by crites and associates is awesome!!!

Received horrible service from Jill and poor lack of complete service from her manager. I called the office to get information with an ongoing issue on a property, and they basically told me google the information I needed, instead of doing their job and providing it. Jill is completely unprofessional and became irate and started yelling at me over the phone and pushed the issue aside. No wonder they have a low rating. And their office manager gave me a bogus phone number to call. Do not bother with these inept beings.

Lately you guys have failed to do your job with the management of Vista Del Valle IV at 2045 S 14th Avenue. I continue to report a leaking main water valve that nobody has taken care of and now it's going on 2 months since I reported the broken drip irrigation that the landscape maintenance continues to ignore. What are you doing with the monthly HOA fees that we pay?

My neighbor rents from them and her ac went out she is a single mother who works from home and has 2 children in the home who is temperature seninsitive and has seizures they send a tech out he says it's frozen leave it off for 4 hours but it will probably blow warm air for 2 hours and they won't get her an motel tell her to wait it out in 114 degree weather ..

Parking lot needs maintenance at Casitas del Valle. So many potholes. No street lamps one of the streets or power to vehicle Ramada on one side of the street as well. Refuse to fix or take responsibility because there are “No funds”.
