Rate increases due to drive app glitches. Not wanting to register both me and my husband. Then my sister in law was on the policy when no one mentioned her at all. When we told them to remove her when she wasnt listed as an active driver it made the policy go up. Tell me how that makes sense. So they put her back on and my policy still isnt the same as before and I just have to deal with that because the rate was just higher that day. If you want to make several calls to this place go for it. After my renewal Ill be looking into other companies.

I called and spoke with Sara at 11:50am today when I noticed an issue with my new policy. I explained to her that I needed to fix the issue fast bc I had 2 hours before needing to drive to get my kids from school and did not want a ticket bc of the issue with my policy. She assured me they would get to the bottom of it and have Megan call me within an hour once she was finished with with another customer. I waited and called back exactly an hour later. Only to be told that both Sara and Megan went to lunch together and I would have to wait yet another hour for them to return. Thankfully I called GEICO and was able to set up a new policy with them in less than 10 minutes at a better rate. Then Megan decided to blow my phone up at 2pm back to back ready to waste my time some more. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
And not once did I receive an email or app notification letting me know there was an issue with my policy. I just happened to open my app and realized the issue. Smh NEVER AGAIN!

Insurance is insurance when pricing, the industry has created a situation where it’s foolish not to shop. Service is another thing. For pricing Sarah Millers Allstate is saving me money, a LOT of money when compared to the USAA insurance I had. The service and attention has been exemplary and personal unlike my experience with State Farm many years ago. I’m certainly done shopping and hoping for a long term relationship with Sarah and Allstate.

Recommend if you have allstate insurance, you need to change it. I have hail damage to my roof and had them come and check it out and they said no trying to blame water damage on other company that replaced my roof before about 8 years ago or said it was from age. I called out 5 other ones and they said I had hail damage and needed repair. All of them said allstate almost never paid for hail damage. One said 1 out of 10 did he get it paid for from them. Before I said any reason why they wouldn't pay for it, he quoted almost the same words I was told by allstate. It's a game, they take your money and then never pay if they can get out of it! Please don't take my word call some roofers and ask them. That way you k ow I am telling you the truth.
