Where do I start? Well, working with Charlie and Geneva made buying my first home seem really easy. Charlie has so much knowledge but he dispenses it in a way that is appropriate for the homeowner. I came away from this process a lot more educated about mortgages, the rate market, insurance, and home ownership. So, Charlie has the heart of a teacher and the mind of a world-class mortgage facilitator. Now to the real brains of the organization: Geneva. She is a godsend for the first-time home buyer. Not once did I fall off pace or forget to submit timely paper work thanks to her vigilant herding of the squirrels that are my thought life. She constantly kept me updated and informed about where were were in our process, so my peace of mind throughout was a lot more relaxed than I thought it would be at the start of it all. Finally, beyond all the professionalism, Charlie and Geneva are really good people that are passionate about bringing to reality the dreams of so many families. I mean, for the first time, my daughters will have their own bedrooms. Charlie and Geneva helped make this happen, and I will always treasure the sight of their faces when they opened the door to the their new rooms for the first time. OK, I apparently still have nigh 4000 words to use, and since they are free--or perhaps included in my closing costs-- I could use them all, heaping more praise on this team. But I have to get back to work--*moving into our new home*.

Great people to work with! They’re very good at communicating, so you’ll always know where you’re at in the process. But you can also get on the app to see where you’re at. It’s super easy to use and convenient! I would say it’s very user friendly, I only had to get on my computer once for one form. Jennifer is someone I would reach out to over and over again. This is my second closing and both times were just fantastic. The easy of knowing that she is in my corner when running down all the items that go into closing on a home, make me just a bit less overwhelmed. I also liked that there was mutiple notifications alerting you when she published something to the portal that needed urgent review. If you had a question she was on top of it and got back quickly. I know I will be doing this again and look forward to working with her at that time.
