One of the benefits of her service is a very detailed set of pictures of the exterior and interior of the condos during her monthly inspection. Red Mountain TLC / Kim and Bo provide excellent service. We are snowbirds and hired Red Mountain TLC to check our home while we are away. Checks are done regularly, thoroughly, on time, and a comprehensive report is provided, including pictures of all areas - inside and outside. We have had Bo assist with maintenance and repairs as needed. He is a hard worker and we are always pleased with the quality of his work.
