The entire staff was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. As someone who needs a lot of work done, they all made me feel confident that I can do it and get through it. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist!! They were also great about scheduling and I was able to get in quickly, even started some of the work on the same day of my first visit.

Best dentist appointment I have ever had. They’re patient kind and willing to work with you. I kept saying sorry a lot cause im not good with pain and they took breaks and was working with me so I was comfortable the whole time.I also didn’t feel any pain when they pulled my tooth out just pressure and happy they made sure I was okay and no pain before pulling it. Thank you to everyone who has helped me and being patient with me.

The visit went ok until the financial consultation at the end. Yes, I do need some work done, but I think another treatment plan could've been presented that wasn't nearly as much to pay out of pocket. I was floored when they told me how much everything was going to be. Their prices are too high in my opinion. But they had a nice staff, doctor and office. Not sure if I'll go back or not.

Specifically told them over the phone that I wanted a filling because mine had fallen out; and it’s also very sensitive. Came in; while I was doing X-rays they told me they couldn’t find my insurance (weird) then they gave me a plan for a crown; very disappointed as in I’m leaving in a month to serve the country. I asked multiple times for a filling and they said they couldn’t do it. A waste of my time, only good thing I can say is the girl who took my X-rays I believe her name was Shebon (I can’t remember fully) was super nice and if she was the doctor I’d go back for sure! But; unfortunately will not be going back.

Appointment was at 2. Didn’t get seen for two hrs after appointment. I am a breast feeding mother and literally had to have someone bring me my baby during my wait 🤦🏻‍♀️ Got back to X-rays at 4, then was told they didn’t have a clean room and need to go back to the lobby. On top of that they can’t do same day treatment, and I have a tooth that is in pain and didn’t want to wait… and on top of that I could afford treatment plan anyways so I have to do this all over again…but Dr was nice.

Only giving a 1 star because I had to select at least that. Lack of Communication. Appears to be only able the money, not about the patients (as they claim). I scheduled the appointment for a filling that fell out. I have never been to Aspen. I spent 1.5 hours getting xray, scans, reviewing treatment plan, etc. Applied for a carecredit that I didn't need because I didn't know what they was doing. I asked about the treatment of the filling for overall reason for the visit and was told it was too late and would have to come back another day. But the Office Manager is getting a cap replaced after hours. But they can't treat the patients that have appointments and was never told that it would be just an initial visit with no treatment by either the person that I scheduled it and the person that called to confirm the visit yesterday. SHAME on you Aspen. I walked out. And will continue the search for a good dentist.

I'm having a great experience at Aspen Dental with all there technology and the way that they make you feel comfortable. My hygienist, Hannah was great. She made me feel comfortable explained what was happening in my mouth to my gums and teeth because of having gum disease, which I didn't even know I had. She even found a problem that was in a hidden area and brought it to my attention and for the Dentist to look at so that we could address it and take action to fix it. Thank you Hannah and Aspen Dental for helping me take care of the health of my mouth.

Absolutely do not go to this place their crooks they did not fix one tooth did a periodontal cleaning that cost over 2000 dollars paying on care credit of 1118 some cents I was sent another bill for it of286.51 and I'm on a fixed income don't step one foot through that door I've had 98 dollar cleanings better than that STAY AWAY FROM THEM
