Very unprofessional! I originally spoke with the front desk who advised me of a coverage that best fit my situation, so I got the insurance with her explaining to me ( IF ) I wanted to get full coverage I would have (xxx) amount due on this date, but if not my coverage will remain at liability! Then I got cancelled (5) days later with a bill almost 300 after paying 200.00 at the initial visit for LIABILITY! Spoke with another lady ( older ) about the situation and she is very rude and completely careless! THATS almost 500 dollars within days limit not even another PAY PERIOD, when I only asked for liability … my initial monthly payment is 86.00, why would I owe 300 ? Then the (second older) lady says well she did it wrong but there’s nothing I can do about it … IF YOUR EMPLOYEE MADE AN MISTAKE, and YOU ACKNOWLEDGED THE MISTAKE, why would you not accommodate the paying customer . You people are money hungry! Do not go here ! You WILL be just dishing out money like people are RICH!

This place is okay if you're looking for cheap insurance. As long as you don't get in any accidents then you're okay but was recently an accident and they was trying to file it under mine name and the wreck wasn't my fault. They tried to offer me 10g for my car that is worth 20 G they try to not pay you they lowball you. Also when you get an accident they will call you to get information and ask you how you feel what's wrong and that's just to help their case because I mentioned I had a lawyer and the lady on the phone said I'm sorry I can't talk to you no more and hung up in my face. She was calling to try to get information out of me for their benefits. I don't recommend this place for insurance they are not good. I would highly recommend using a different Insurance Agency.

Lady at the front desk is very disrespectful. Told me to shut and listen and when I asked to speak to her boss, she told me her grandmother is her boss. Very disrespectful. Would have left no stars if I could have.
