Every time I have contacted this company (that is supposed to manage our neighborhood) their reps have blown me off or lied to me. Unfortunately we don’t yet have any say in which property management company is selected but when we do I will not vote for Lang. They take their payment each quarter and do not deliver to the residents. If you’re looking for a management company, keep looking and stay as far away from Lang as you can get.

Worst thing to happen to any community that uses them. Attention to detail is non existent and honestly has no clue on any community's actual rules and regulations. But they sure are quick to jack up your HOA dues. Currently have a petition going around to get them canceled for negligence. I heard St Lucie county is looking for a new company to pick up garbage so I'm sure they would be great at that !!

I find it difficult to believe that this organization has a 4.0 rating, casting doubt on the usefulness of Google reviews! This company is not only unprofessional, but they also serve the interests of builders rather than the interests of homeowners. They always say they'll take care of any problem you bring to the table regarding the community, but they never do! Construction workers, for example, use the main entrance instead of the construction entrance, causing the roads to be destroyed. I requested official records, which I am entitled to as a homeowner, and they essentially complied with my request, providing me with information dating back to 2008. This company believes that making the process of seeking information more difficult will dissuade people from doing so. I would never recommend this company!
