If you can avoid working with this group, then do. Our rep Terrie Anstead has dropped the ball more than once. This is the second year in a row that they have been negligent with our business account and charged us a $1500 fee without any explanation or forewarning. For the first time in a year, they reached out to update our account mailing address and even though we have talked to them before this stating that one of the previous owners is no longer at the business, that didn’t stop them from addressing the email to him and neglecting to email us sooner. If you want someone to care about your business, then by all costs, do not work with these people.
