I have known the owner for years. This company is top notch on maintenance, cleanliness, and service. New day has treated my family like their own, and I have nothing but positive things to say about this company and the people who own it. To be honest and frank, the negative reviews on here are from people who have the wrong New Day or dishonest people who didn't want to pay their bills. The owner even came to mother's funeral when she passed away. He helps people load groceries and has never had a cross word to say about anyone. Tony and his office are a blessing to this county. If you are looking for a place to live, don't want to be treated like a dollar sign, and like peace and quiet..... New Day is your BEST OPTION!

New day properties were amazing. I was studying at tech and loved their properties on W Stevens Street. They were perfect for me and my roommate as it was close to campus and restaurant row. The townhouses were clean and beautiful! If we ever had any issues or maintenance requests we got a response instantly. We never had any issues and had great neighbors. It was located in a safe area and we loved renting from them.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I wouldn’t consider my family “customers” or just “tenants.” They treat us as family. Not only do they have affordable homes, but everything is so well maintained. Anything we need, they’re on the ball faster than you can say “butterfinger.” I cannot recommend enough. We will rent from New Day Properties until we choose to buy or have to move states. 1000000/10 ⭐️ very kid friendly and knowledgeable about the great Cookeville.

Very pleased with this company. We needed a rental after selling our house quickly. New Day had the perfect rental house for us. It was very well maintained, clean, and in a great location. Currently renting from New Day Properties and we can not say enough good things!! Almost 3 years with this family and it's been great. Never have to wait for any maintenance issues to be addressed, Tammy and GraceAnn are phenomenal, and Tony is always very kind and checks to make sure there aren't any issues whenever we see him in the office. 10/10 would recommend!!
