From beginning to end our experience was great. Trisha helped us out choosing our vinyl and carpeting and offered suggestions to meet the specific needs of our new house. The quality of their products is superb. Ricky and his helper installed the flooring and carpet. He also installed the baseboard with incredible detail around corners and even under the water supply in the bathroom. This was our second time working with NCFO and both were such good experiences. Can’t recommend them more highly.

The Flooring Outlet craftsmanship and service was above par. From the owners, to the office staff, and the guy in the fields, it was a wonderful experience.

Family owned business since 2006! My Dad Rick Holland has worked up and down the coast for many years ( Just look at his hard working hands)! He’ll always find the best answer for any flooring question and give you his best opinion. He truly put heart into his business and prides himself on leaving a house (or car) better than it was before! I don’t work with him, but my new floors created comfort for me in a stressful house buy. Tina and Trisha both work directly with interior decorators on occasion and have a great sense for types of flooring needed. Come stop by and support Paso!

I can't say enough about Les, Vito, Pat, & Richard. They were on time, polite, very professional & detail oriented. They made the whole process actually enjoyable. Absolutely the best service. Tina and Rick were very helpful. I was devastated and disappointed beyond words with my purchase from Home Depot. Found flooring outlet and I just cannot say enough. They immediately made me feel comfortable and made my needs a priority. I am in love with the floor. It’s hard to find quality and great service. These people def have it!
