Josh saved this purchase transaction. It was a cash deal that was given to a josh at the 11th hour for financing. A complicated borrower, a tight timeline and a lot at stake. Josh pulled it off and we closed not a day later than was originally agreed upon. He was on top of it from day 1 communicating with both agents daily.
