Do Not Rent from this property management. Jessica and Gabriella are two of the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. These people care more about the new tenants coming in to rent than the already existing ones. They’ll remodel a unit as soon as a tenant leaves but won’t maintain the current spaces being occupied. We have had maintenance reports in for months that they have not acted on. The only ventilation in our bathroom broke, there’s been signs of mold and they haven’t done anything. They do not take care of trash or dumpsters on property. There’s wrappers and glass all over the front of the property and the parking lot. They charge $50 monthly for parking that was first come first serve and provided in the lease before. There’s molding lined INSIDE the only four washers available to 30+ units. The fence built for protection breaks down constantly and there’s a side door entrance that remains unlocked since no one was made aware of the pin. Have a dog? Forget walking them, the grass out front is dead and full of fox tails while the grass in the back is past ankle length. Not once have they had anybody come and do yard work. Sprinklers? Haven’t watered the grass since last winter. A field fire broke not long after I sent a sprinkler repair request its been months and no progress. They do not act quickly with service or maintenance requests. There has been ongoing maintenance issues with our unit and the property yet these women in office are there all day and don’t respond. They deleted one of my requests that listed out everything wrong with the property. They’re sketchy and don't care about your health. Save your money and energy dealing with people who can’t handle their jobs. Update: we were moved to a different unit after a flood occurred in our bathroom as a result of ware and tear. The property offered us a unit to view and told us the one we saw was a mistake and showed us a more damaged unit. We fought for the renovated unit, we signed a new lease and upon the move in inspection that took place the day the lease started we found a plethora of damage from the walls to the windows. Just to set an example: the master bedroom window is broken and has shards of glass protruding from the frame, it’s been over a month and there’s been no resolution. I’ve been emailing them with no response to these concerns yet they can address water shut offs and other minor repairs. There’s also been a complete lack of safety with the cold weather bringing more homeless to the area. A few days ago we found a homeless man sleeping in our mail room and they even went as far as doing their business in there. The property management sent out an email the first report for TENANTS to close the door after them as if the door wasn’t missing a lock and broken. Since then the lock has been repaired and these individuals are still finding ways in. This individual has also been caught urinating outside of units to which the office had no response to. They did have the time however to send out an email about how holiday decorations are prohibited because they want the property to appear “clean and tidy,” ironic. The back of the complex is “secured” with a barbed wired fence that has been cut through with pliers by homeless people and firefighters (during fire I mentioned prior) and has yet to be replaced. I cannot stress it enough. I addressed the horrible state of the washers and driers in the shared laundromat to which they responded they have no “control” over. Yet they’re allowing this company to charge tenants ridiculous amounts for moldy machines. These people do not care for your safety! They care about your money and nothing else! One of the staff members left a five star review on here, it should say enough.

I was looking for a house or apartment to rent, and I finally found something that was within my budget. I scheduled a visit a month in advance and on the day I was sent a message to confirm the visit and after I confirmed it, I received a message canceling it. I asked why and the person said it was a system error and that nothing was scheduled. I asked them to send me the link to reschedule and they didn't respond. Totally unprofessional. No respect for other people's time. I will never request service from this company again. I do not recommend it.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!
Maintenance is very bad, they haven’t fixed our bath tub for more than 3 weeks and hence we had to shower somewhere else.
They put in charges at the time of moving out so they do not have to give back the deposit.
Also, they put in additional rent on the account even after the move out.
The leasing team is not reachable and they do not respond to voicemails as well.
Email responses are very irregular as well.

Had great service all the way until I moved out and didn’t get my security deposit even though my place was spotless no one will pick up a phone respond to an email or Facebook. Really bad at responding to emails and messages I am still waiting on my deposit getting a third party involved Monday may 27,2024

We have been here for 4 years and while we appreciate the affordable-ish rent, the trash situation and upkeep of this building is very behind.

Trash constantly everywhere no matter where you move the bins.

The on-site property manager rarely responds to communications if ever.

The gates are always breaking and there is only one set of on-site laundry for 18 units which is a lot of people.

The management company made the move in process very easy. Monthly payment of rent is a breeze using the on line portal.
I have lived in the building for four years and have not had a problem!

Avoid at all costs!! I spent weeks and weeks emailing and calling after my move out date to no response. I submitted my 30 day notice to move out and had to reach out to them directly in order for them to acknowledge it, then never heard from them again. I have followed up through email and via phone countless times for the months following and never heard from them. I also never got any sort of deposit back from them as they continued to ignore me. save yourself the trouble and money by using any other property management services.

Edit : The ownership reply is simply just to try to cover themselves in the public eye. They are ignoring the fact that I did reach out with questions several times including phone calls and voicemails. This includes on 2/8, when they provided a disposition charging me for 60 days of rent after my 30 day notice, this is the "rent balance owed at the time", I never heard a response beyond that until today! Again, avoid at all costs and look at the reviews on all sources as you will se plenty of people in the same position as me.

Do these people ever answer the phone? I’m trying to inquire about an apartment for rent through this company, and every time I call it’s a robot answering the phone saying they are helping current renters. Left a voicemail with my name and phone number and literally got no call or anything back. I have emailed. No email back. Nothing at all.
