Worst company to ever exist. There’s a reason why they barely have good reviews. This company is filled with rude people with short tempers who don’t help you. Even their service request form online doesn’t work. I would recommend finding another company other than blr commercials, there’s too many problems with their buildings that they refuse to fix. I hope they are able to hire better people in the future, it’s surprising how this company is still getting business. It honestly seems like they are just scamming their clients. They don't deserve your money or your time.

If I can give them, no stars, I would. They are the worst property management company. In Northern California. I’ve been attendant for seven years with them with a 15 year lease since day one the roof has needed to be changed and all they do is come put Band-Aids on it They charge us triple net all they do is pick up the garbage they don’t do nothing else. They are the worst property management company.slumlords of Stockton the worst of the worst so unprofessional nothing about this company is professional they blame each other and that’s what they’re good at starting from the top All the way down to their lowest paid employee all they do is lie

Between manager wh is never in office even when limited hours & blr ignoring major issues in complex, it's a wonder they're still in business. I suggest to everyone if you're looking for a place to rent, stay far away from this company.

This company has vendors provide services at their properties and then do not pay their contractors. Even though the job was done well and on time they continue to put us off. It has been 7 months. Beware of this company. They are dishonest. Just more scammers trying to pull the wool over your eyes. I hope they enjoy the Karma that will befall them.

Nicole is So unprofessional and rude and discriminated against my family wen i specifically went nd spoke to her tht i dnt give permission for pest control to enter my apt she ignored me nd walked away nd wen i confronted her infront of other ppl her ego got hurt and she said im the problem wen she let pest control guy go to my apt witout going in wit him and witout my permission wen i said im coming home ... shes rude as hell and idk how she got hire here she was discriminating becauz we r muslim i know my tenants right in california if u tell management u cant enter nd u dnt give permission they cant ... never had this issue with other manager before they all communicated wat time pest control is coming .. all i did was went to her nicely nd ask wat time she got rude and said i dnt have answer nd than yelled saying told u 5 times nd i said i told u i have appointment's i just wanna knw if they coming between 9-2 or 11-3 she ignored me nd got rude nd shes unprofessional she shouldnt be doing this job if she gona discriminate against ppl nd be nice to others ... nicole hanes need to be fired !!!!

I have lived at The Birches apartments since 2014, for 2 years and 11 months, and since then they have gone up on rent to 775.00 for a one bedroom when it used to be at 615.00 , when Monica was managing these apartments we use to have tenants appreciation day, bingo, pot lucks, things that brung the community together. Things have changed here at The Birches Apartments drastically and it's just dead here. They are making certain tenants pay for water not everyone pays water, hmm is that fair?
NOPE! (something I've never heard of while living in a apartment). It's hard to get a hold of management which is very unprofessional being that they should be attentive to tenants conerns and issues but NO. I've had to leave multiple voice messages and still don't get through, call the main office for them to e-mail or send a message to the person i can't seem to get a hold of. They lack the care needed by teants, it's almost like being neglected and that isn't a good thing or feeling. I just want to move now i am NOT happy here anymore, i have enough going on in my life then to live in a apartment complex that isn't professional nor seem to care about the tenants comfortbility which makes it veryyy uncomfortable living here. Mind you that their establishment here wouldn't be if us tenants weren't living here that's how the business generates. We're like customers but get treated like we don't exsist until of course your late on your rent or something else that's monetary. All about the money RIGHT? God bless these people.
