My old Allstate agent retired, wasn't aware of it and got automatic transfer here to these guys then next thing I know my next car payment were double. I didn't even bother saying adios just went straight to a different car insurance company for half the price. Don't get me wrong it's nothing wrong with Allstate just the employees sometimes.

Allstate has always been there for me and treated me well. Their new policy where they charge double the first month shows a lack of awareness for the current economy where many people are living paycheck to paycheck. We don't get double paid every 6 months to cover so it's just a double expense up front. I thought about docking 1 star for it, but it's a big enough blunder for 2. Hopefully somebody sees this. GEICO doesn't do this and my quote was similar. I have been considering changing.
