It started with a quick consult and he gave us an estimate of our budget. Joey always made time for us, on occasions even on weekends. When looking at potential houses, his responses were immediate with estimated total costs and anticipated monthly payments.

He got us pre-approved right away and had everything in place within a couple weeks, after getting our offer accepted. We had a 60 day close due to the sellers request, and fortunately he was able to lock in a new lower rate a few days before closing. The title company was impressed at our rate because it was the lowest they had seen in a while.
