Jim and Tracy did a fantastic job getting our loan funded in such a quick time! We had 21 days, and plus I forgot I needed to be out of the country towards the end after 18 days! They were able to move everything on our end up before I left, including a rush appraisal, and we all signed in time.

They were very responsive and communicative, and helped guide us through some of the weird parts of the process. They also worked well with our insurance agent.
