January E-statements are still not available! Usually available on the first week of the month. When speaking to contact center no one seems to know when they will be available. It's like everything at this bank is going wrong. I tried calling them and their automated system is screwed, the male voice continuously repeats. We appreciate your membership, a representative will be with shortly" It is repeated over and over and over until you hang up.
