Chris Lamm and the team were all super helpful in our loan process. We were first time home buyers, so we had a lot of questions going into the process, and everyone at the office were so helpful and kind.
Alexis, who was our loan coordinator, was really great. She was very quick to respond to any questions we had, and helped us through the many steps and details.

Outstanding customer service. Mortgage one representative Alexis Keating handled our loan and kept us informed as to what was needed and what to expect all throughout the process. She was very professional, friendly and helpful. We are seniors and had many questions and she was always available to help with our concerns. Alexis made the whole transaction comfortable for us.

Chris and his team were amazing to work with. I brought them in at the 11th hour on a home purchase (the week we had to remove our sales contingency for our current house before we ever had a call). Chris was able to help me figure out how we could make the purchase without needing to sell our other home and after that him and his team went to work.

Alexis was constantly available and communicated with me every step of the way while working diligently to get our file put together and processed. Even when we had to make a dramatic change to our loan three weeks into the process they were still able to help us get into our new home in four weeks from starting our file!

I can't express how grateful I am for all their hard work. They are genuinely some exceptional people that will partner with you to help you navigate the stress that comes with purchasing a home.
