UPDATE: Overall, we regret coming to this apt instead of going somewhere. For the rental price, it's not WORTH it & you can find better for a few $$ difference. This apartment literally needs to be demolished & rebuilt. Oh, the loud footsteps, creaking floors, & hearing whatever your neighbors do including sex are just disturbing. Not just thin walls, but EXTREMELY THIN. The staff are just nice, that's all.
Update: May 2024
I've tried contacting several times the number given in the management's response below but nobody answers & just keeps ringing. Really not sure now if they're serious about addressing tenants' issues or just for show to attract & change potential tenants' mind.
The pond/fountain water is very dirty with all kinds of trash on it, has been very dirty, & needs some maintenance cleaning. Still seeing some vehicles parked at the parking spot I'm paying monthly that has been increased. That's maybe because the visitors parking is always full for an ACTUAL VISITOR to park.
After the maintenance fix the issue, this apartment sends a link for feedback/review and the link takes you to edit your review or change the star rating so this cearly means the management is trying to get 5 stars.
The maintenance are great & the office responds to fix the issue in the apartment which is why many of these reviews are 5 stars!!! (Pay attention) but that's not the only problem at this apartment though that needs addressing.
YES, the office personnel are nice, very welcoming especially when you first move in here (OF COURSE), & attend to your needs if you're new but that do not change the fact their job to take care of their tenants for as long as customers are living here, is still their job regardless of age/status/race & whatever complaints they may have.
When I first came in the office to sign the lease, I was told "oh you're moving in, good luck!" by a few previous tenants here. I asked why is that & they said "you'll see." Yeah, that bad huh....
Our 1 year contract ended in January but needed to extend our lease for another year because we're leaving the city sometime the end of this year anyway, so it doesn't make any sense moving to another apartment when we only have a few months left in the Valley. I'm just thrilled to be out from this place & hoping this apartment do not retaliate because of my HONEST reviews. I never missed any payments, always paying, no charges, no illegal activities, etc.
UPDATE: Jan 2024
I'm giving 3 stars because the maintenance staff are quick to respond and nice. They're always busy fixing something because there's always something broken in this apartment.
Also, this apartment finally has more visitors' parking but always full. When I leave for work in the morning, "visitors" parking is full almost every morning & still when I come home at night. Wonder if those cars parking there are actually visitors 🤔 In addition, I still see dogs off-the-leash. The gate is finally fixed & they've been closing it around 6 or 7 pm 🙌
ORIGINAL Review: 2023
I'm paying for an extra parking monthly only for other people to park there. This has been happening multiple times, & I told the staff multiple times. All they say is call the Towing Company or they put a warning paper on their window. Really? It takes 45 minutes for the tow truck to get here. My husband has to wait that long to be able to park after a long day from work? If it's happening multiple times, it shows they're not doing anything to fix this problem.
Another thing is my neighbor took the leash off the dog, & this dog came after me trying to attack me. I told the office & told me they could not find the dog I was talking about. They said they would just pass reminder flyers to the tenant around my building because there are too many flyers to make if they do that to every unit. That's not safe.
I've never had these issues with my other apartments before. This place is not safe. The front gate is always broken, so it's open 24 hrs. I've seen cars parked outside the gate with tires gone. There is only 1 visitor's parking inside.
