Walgreens accepts my insurance, but not for my particular school district. They had to transfer both me & my son's prescriptions to the nearby Rite Aid. I went in initially, called after that. Hours after I call & they say they gave it to the pharmacist to fax, 2 hours later I call back and they say they are faxing it right now. Wait & then go to Rite Aid... still haven't recieved it. The Walgreens AI machine that runs the phone is defective AF & you have to override it to get it to send you to a damn person. So I physically drive to Walgreens, they say they faxed it, I obviously get upset because I've been going back & forth all day & obviously their shit ain't working. I get upset & cry because I have a 5 year old with a 103 fever who is just sleeping & crying & won't eat because of extreme diarrhea. I let them know I'm only concerned about his & not mine. They say they send again. Go to Rite Aid & they've only recieved mine & not my sons.... call again, they say they are resending it. Rite aid never recieves it.

They use outdated technology for healthcare that is detrimental to people's livelihoods. It's a joke & they could have just called my Rite aid pharmacist directly & saved us all time. My Rite Aid pharmacist did his best to find over the counter drugs to assist with his extreme diarrhea, which was not in a child form so I couldn't give it all to him.... he woke up crying all night long.

I'm going to find out how to make a formal complaint, but want to tell people not to go through them. They use ancient tech that doesn't even work and don't just make it easier for all & call instead of wasting others time & do nothing to make sure important precriptions are recieved. I feel so much worse for all those that need their medication immediately for far more important issues. Our Healthcare system is broken & pharmacies shouldn't be allowed to deny patients exactly for reasons like this.

I ordered a prescription on Walgreens app, it's a day late on getting filled then when I go to pickup the pharmacist says it's 3 days to early. Then why does the app send me message and email saying ready for pickup. So now I gotta drive all the way back in 3 days for a prescription that is ready now. Make this make sense please Walgreens!

Writing this review while waiting in the line (and there is always a line. It’s not uncommon to wait 30 to 45 min) I have nothing against the staff, they are great. There's just not enough of them. So I’m asking myself why I don’t just get my Rx from the CVS. The business hours is what originally made me choose Walgreens. Remember when they use to be open 24. Well, I just checked the other pharmacy’s hours (Rite Aid and CVS) they’re not any better than Walgreens current hours. We just can’t win.

I just had the worst experience at this pharmacy. Mainly because of one individual. This pharmacy technician was beyond rude and so offputting. I understand it is very busy and that she is fast at her job, but she needs to be more pleasant to her customers. She yells at the top of her lungs to every single person she comes across. She makes everyone feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I waited almost TWO hours for my second covid vaccine. It takes seconds to do and when I asked how much longer she thinks it will take, she yelled and said that "IT IS BUSY RIGHT NOW. YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT." This is terrible customer service. I shouldn't have had to watch about 20 people come and go throughout my wait time. Learn how to multitask better. There was a man who ended up helping me very quickly. He was great.

The pharmacy never answers the phone. I ended up driving there and talking to someone in person while continuing to hold on my cell. Not the first time I've had to do this either. The fact that it's faster to drive there and wait in line than it is for them to answer the phone is ridiculous. I get that they are busy, but don't ignore your phone customers!

Not fond of the pharmacy. It’s always busy but the issue is that the staff seems frustrated with customers when all we want/need are our meds. It’s not easy for us waiting 45 minutes and longer in line. But they have bad attitudes and one of my prescriptions were out of stock for weeks and they had no eta. And no concern. Kept telling me I’d just have to keep calling every day to see. Who does that?

Called to check on prescriptions that were supposed to be mailed Sunday and arrive Tuesday but have still not arrived. Waited on hold on the phone for an hour and no one ever answered my call. Shouldn’t have to wait an hour to talk to someone.

The pharmacy technician was extremely rude and dismissive. The pharmacist was on lunch and she was Unhelpful. Told me that I couldn’t get my prescription filled but didn’t explain why and didn’t tell me what extra paperwork I may need or anything. She treated me as if I was an inconvenience to her and when I asked to speak to someone else she told me there wasn’t anyone else. Disappointed in my experience and would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
