The doctor and staff were very knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. I went in for an eye exam, and the doctor was very patient and explained things thoroughly. When checking out, I had a question about contacts, and they made time to show me how to place contacts in for the very first time, and remove them. Overall, I had a great experience and will 100% recommend to anyone looking to get an eye exam done.

We had seen Nicole D. Esqueda, since 2010/2011

She has always been great, extremely helpful and sweet

But since her husband took over the office part

It has been going down hill with patients

I called to make an appointment for 3 days in a row

He didn't call me back till the 3rd day

With covid and the shut down I didn't realize we hadn't been seen in so long

Instead of calling and informing me & checking if I want to schedule an appointment or be dropped as a patient

He decided it was best to drop 7 patients instead of making a phone call

I hope Dr Nicole finds a new office person becuase her husband and is going to hurt her work

I called to buy a replacement frames for my son

The husband refuses to order the frames since it out of the 2 year mark

So he rather my son have no glasses than old pair due to the situation

Honestly been trying to get glasses for so long. Then having issues with my eye not knowing what was causing them. The Doc perfectly explained them to me without issue I felt like I was taken care of. Even the front desk guy greeted me well even remembered me on my second visit which was cool. I've never truly liked glasses till now. They fit perect and have a cool young vibe to them.

I have been going to Dr. Nicole Esqueda for over 5 years! She is amazing! Super personable, thorough yet fast and knows her craft! Before, I would constantly get headaches from incorrect prescriptions from previous optometrists. No problem since:)

I would like to add, over the years, for some reason on the days I schedule appointments, babysitting arrangements don’t work and I end up taking my daughter along. One visit, my daughter was 8 months old and being particularly needy and I had to hold her/breastfeed the entire visit. The following year, my daughter had white coat syndrome and screamed the entire visit (even after the coat was removed). The next year, Nicole allowed my daughter to play with ALL the toys and sing LOUDLY during my exam. Nicole didn’t miss a beat. She was patient with us and genuinely understanding each time. The woman in the back, Diana, greets you by name (or maybe that’s just for the woman with the screaming baby), and seems to do a little bit of everything! She is also amazing! Call me old fashioned, but I like to walk into a doctors office and feel comfortable and more importantly know and trust the doctor I am going to see. I love this office/staff. I recommend all my fellow blind bats to Nicole and I just had to make it official on Google!

Love this office Dr and Staff they are amazing! Glasses very affordable! Can’t pay up front no worries you can do a payment when you Order and a payment when you pick up! Don’t have the money when they arrive they will hold for a whole month!! JUST AWSOME!
