Everyone was wonderful at Serrin's Valley Vision. I didn't have any problem finding nice glasses I could afford. Dr. Ito answered all the questions I had, she was so nice and patient. I had a very unpleasant visit, don't recommend this place due to receptionist not being professional at all. I asked to speak to a manager in charge and never received a call. The girl in the front there were two the one that took my billing information at check in did not informed me that they were not contracted with Medical and made me pay at the end of my visit. I did informed her when I checked in I had Medical and she didn't stopped me or informed me of any options. When I asked her a question she had a straight face and didn't answer any of my questions. Didn't apologized or said anything at all. This place needs to have better customer service.
