Mr Carr had been the lender for some buyers of mine for a condo. Well this wasn't exactly a cookie cutter condo loan as there was an issue that MOST lenders would have walked away from and said it was "un-lendable"
Christian rolled up his sleeves and dug in and said as long as he got some informational help from the listing agent he could get a waiver on this issue.
He worked as hard on this lower price point condo as I've seen him work on upper value homes.
He really doesn't discriminate and only work on "high dollar" deals, and has the same work ethic as I have. WORK IS WORK period. He also loves to educate his clients so I respect that about him too.
I watched him claw his way up from the bottom, just getting into the lending business, to be the regular "go to" guy for many Realtors.
Christian Carr is definitely a great tool in the toolbelt for borrowers and Realtors.
