Holly is the Best of the best. She is very patient, kind and always takes her time to communicate with you promptly. Having an approachable loan officer is very important as buying process can be overwhelming as a first time home buyer. But Holly made it very smooth for us, and she is very patient in explaining terms which we can easily understand. I would highly recommend Holly Volz 10/10.
