Tom McGuire and his team were amazing to work with. Started our Loan with a Big Box Mortgage Company that you always see on TV. Should have trusted my instinct and stayed local! After getting an extremely low appraisal and loosing $500 with no recourse, I called Tom. Not only did he make things right for us but we got the loan done and the appraisal was right in line with what was expected for our area. I thought going with the big box company would give me ease of use due to having more access to technology and was I elated that Tom and his team were on it when it came to technology and in many ways were even easier to use then the big box chain!
