The Branch staff and the Management are very polite and considerate
My experience has been extremely positive and have had been met traditional courtesy right from the entry-where the armed guard opens the door and the team member welcomes you to offer of coffee or water as you complete your business. Never use this bank! This bank is all about charging fees to customers. And those fees are ridiculously higher than others. The staff at the branch are not polite and very indifferent to customer matter. Closed both my and my wife's account this week.
