The place I rented from BFPM was by far the best rental I’ve ever lived in. I loved that it was fully renovated with top of the line appliances and top notch style in the kitchen & bathroom - it looked more like a home than a rental. I was always so proud to have guests come to visit!! The property was always well maintained and I loved the sense of community.

I also have to mention how seamless it was to work with Lily, the property manager, who happened to be a neighbor. She was extremely responsive and always took care of anything that came up quickly and hassle free. I’ve never had a PM be so on top of any billing queries or maintenance concerns as she was, not to mention she would go above and beyond to ensure all tenants were happy in their new home, ensuring we all knew we could reach her anytime and she would fix anything we needed. She is by far, the most attentive, kind, responsible, and thoughtful property manager I've ever worked with in my history as a renter. I've lived in many different places and had 'okay' property managers who were good when they were trying to get you to sign, only for them to ghost you after move-in. That's not Shannon.

She truly cares about making sure every tenant feels comfortable and safe.

Everything from the apartment hunting process to the lease sign-in, move in, and living has been smooth sailing. She even accommodated my weekend move-in. It does not surprise me that her buildings have a low vacancy rate!

Lily Green was a great landlord. She was always friendly, easy to work with, and quick to respond whenever I had questions or needed anything. She made living at The Collective in Newport a really positive experience.

The complex itself was also amazing. The apartments were clean, well-maintained, and quiet. The neighbors were friendly, and the location was very convenient—I could walk to the grocery store, shops, and restaurants. Overall, I had a good experience living here.
