My partner and I moved into our apartment a few weeks ago. We were assured that our unit would be coming with an Off Street parking space. It was in their posted advertisement, and then the person who showed us the unit reassured us that there was parking for us.

When we were in communications to get our keys, we were instructed to ask the maintenance guy about which parking space was ours. He tells me that there arent enough spaces to go around, and that i need to follow up with management.

My partner and I have tried emailing and calling for weeks regarding this, and we have been ignored. We never would have applied for this unit had there not been parking included.

Amira (property manager/mash cole property management ) was ABSOLUTELY amazing with my application and move in process. She made everything so seamless I was even able to change floor plans and she made it happen. The property is secure,central and beautiful. Everyone here is polite. Parking is covered and great. Maintenance is timely and so helpful. By far the best staff and property I’ve live in here in LA. The gym is great. I just love it here. The floor plans are spacious, I have a large corner unit with a million dollar view of the hills. I’ll be living here for a while thank you Mash Cole property management for setting a new standard!

I live in one of the properties that Liz Adame manages. She is an exceptional area manager. She goes out and beyond for her properties. She will get stuff handled right away. She is there to handle business. She is very professional and if ask for something to be done in our unit she will do it right away. She is very helpful and knowledgeable. Way to go Mashcole in hiring managers like her.

We lived at Sunset Cliffs apartments before the renovations- what a dramatic experience change when Angie took over. My pup agrees too- he loved her; all the pups do! She is so friendly and communicates efficiently! The renovations are beautiful, so we moved into them about a year and an half ago. She made our move in and move out process super easy and is always available if we needed anything. Angie keeps the property running smoothly. I highly recommend if you’re looking to live on these properties, do it, because Angie manages it- I associate my awesome experience because of her. Wish all property managers were her!

I just moved into sea view terrace. Angie, the property manager, is amazing. I have had some negative experiences in the past due to unresponsive agents even those assigned to really nice places. Angie has been the most responsive, easy going and helpful agent I have ever come across! She made the whole process so easy and never made it seem like I was bothering her w my questions and multiple viewings. The apartment is really nice but more importantly, I know I have a great property manager which makes me extremely comfortable. I love being here…. It’s already a home. Thanks Angie!!

I really am disappointed in this company.
I’ve rented 1 of their properties “Mosaic Apts” in Torrance. Property manager (Delmy) was BIAS depending on ethnicity. She would harass and make threats of issuing a 3 day vacate.
Residents would have disturbing domestic violence ongoing after hours, pets would urinate and defecate all over courtyard, loud music would be playing from tenants who didn’t work. Laundry room would be misused by residents by leaving their laundry overnight so nobody could use them. Residents would smoke cigarettes in front of camera under garage parking. Front door access would be broken multiple times and left open leaving transients to enter and steal packages; break in cars, & vandalize property.
My daughter couldn’t go outside or else she’ll accuse her of breaking property when that was NEVER the case. We couldn’t sit in our car, cause if we did she’ll say someone is saying we’re smoking when we would rather be talking or listening to music.
I have been gone for almost 2 months and my deposit & PRORATED rent has yet to be returned.(If the landlord misses the 21-day deadline, he/she forfeits the right to deduct anything.)
They are not responsive. They have been ignoring me, (Elsy & Pabla) I asked for receipts because they are charging me an outraged amount.
Property manager was sent a letter to cease with her allegations and harassment by lawyer and she forcefully made us stop the lawsuit or she would evict us in 3 days. We were afraid of their retaliation so we vacated the property with a formal lease termination.

If you want to be misused and abused, rent from TRASHCOLE (:
I will be retaining a lawyer for this company, seems as that’s all they do is STEAL tenants money

We have lived at Sunset Apartments for almost a year now and we have had the best experience. Angie, our property manager, from the start has been so accommodating with all of our needs. She is extremely kind, personable, professional and thoughtful. Over the years, I have worked with several property managers and no one ever came close to Angie for me. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. There was an emergency a while back, I was stuck at work which was very hard for me but knowing that Angie was there put my mind at ease. She not only cares greatly about her residents but also for their little ones and fur-babies. I can’t tell you how much that means to me. She takes care of her residents beyond the call of duty which I probably don’t have to mention is a rarity. She is a rarity and an absolute gem. With her bright lovable personality, she brightens a room when she walks into it and even leaves some behind her when she leaves. She is far more than just a property manager, she is a truly great human. I have never felt safer anywhere else I have lived.

Called last Friday the 26th July to report disposal doesnt turn on. Jackie said Maintenance would come on Tuesday. Stayed home all day, but no one came. Its Wednesday the 31st ofJuly, and have no disposal and sink is plugging up again. Jackie said Maintenance would come tomorrow the 1st(if Im lucky) Already had sink plugged for 14 days before they finally fixed it. Im disabled, so begi nning to wonder if theyve gotten tired of me after 11 days of Elevator being down, and Im too mucha problem after living here over 5 & 1/2 years.
