Repairs are never taken care of for the apartment that I rent, it's so bad that several tenants are having issues in their apartment. I called about water damage and leaking coming from the bathroom ceiling and they checked it a month ago. The day before yesterday I noticed a crack in the ceiling and was told that someone would come out to check. No one came. The crack kept getting larger. It didn't quite make it, by 3:21am this morning I heard a loud bang. The ceiling in the bathroom caved in. It is so important not to neglect taking care of damages, especially serious damages like cracks and water damage. The management company decided that I could at least use the toilette after the mess was picked up up and they left saying that they would send someone next week. The ceiling caved in again after that and so far there's no answer as to when I will be have access to my bathroom. I had to tell them that they have an empty apartment and please let me use the bathroom. The apartment reeks of black mold. These are updated pictures of the second time that the ceiling caved in.

The worst property management company ever, along with the owner of the apartment complex. Roach invested property, that is cheaply exterminated with low grade products that don't work. You have to basically take the owner of the apt. Complex to court to get your security deposit returned. They are liars, dodge calls and make up stuff as conversations get to the point that they actually have to return money rightfully due to the tenant. Doesn't matter that rent was paid early or on time for sixteen years. 630 Cedar Long Beach Deal with them with extreme caution.

NPM has managed one of my condo complexes for years. They have done a horrible job. I personally have had to instruct the owner to file proper documents he forgot leaving us open to liability. A once beautiful environment is now filthy and rundown. Run, don't walk, from John Peterson's NPM. They use deceptive practices and have lied many times about the work they perform. Unethical, rude, incompetent.

Absolutely the worst property management company I have ever experienced for commercial properties. This is just the most recent time this has happened. Today, there is a worker down the hall spraying an entire office with Kilz Mold Killer down the hall with the building a/c on and absolutely zero ventilation. Entire building is full of people who are now feeling lightheaded with some of us having severe asthma attacks.

Both worker and management have responded with 'Sorry you're afraid of a little paint.' This is a toxic chemical that is not supposed to be used without ventilation. Griselda's excuse was that she is in Long Beach and "Didn't know what he was using."

I love this building and I sincerely hope the owner of the building reads this and gets a property management company that cares about the tenants.

We never really had any direct issues with them until we complained about the manager parking in front of our spot making it hard to park... After that, they ( the managers and the management CO ) harass us and try to actually draw us into physical altercations. while the management fixes nothing all the while demanding money as if they are bookies collecting overdue gambling bets... ... The Managers, their family and friends are constantly breaking the rules they are supposed to be enforcing.. They actually hung the no parking signs they park in front of! lol Our kids are in local Torrance schools, so we cant just uproot and move out simply because the managers and the management company lack basic common sense and the ability to be professional. if did my job the way they do theirs, I would have been fired years ago.... I detect nepotism

To Whom It May Concern:

I live at Adobe Mobile Home Park and the representative of Nationwide Property Management, Inc. (Lupe Covarrubias) became the agent at our Trailer park in July of this year. I had an incident at the park and I was seeking to get a copy of video footage that would've helped me out with my Restraining Order case. I was told by the Board Members to contact Ms. Covarrubias to help me out. I called the office many times and I was ALWAYS told that Ms. Covarrubias was either "out of the office", "out of town", or "in court". So, I was asked by the office staff to leave my name and number and that I would get a callback. Well, I never received ANY call back from her. I decided to email her on 3 occasions, and I NEVER received any email responses either. It's been 30 days & I never received any call or email from her. Lack of communication and cooperation from Ms. Covarrubias, & having to put up with a rude and unprofessional female employee at this location, the video footage which contained valuable evidence for my Restraining Order was lost and destroyed. The behavior of the people working at the Torrance location is a disgrace to John Peterson, President of Nationwide, the logo and advertisement of Nationwide Property Management, and a big disappointment to members of a Homeowner's Association, like myself, which pay this company to do their job accurately and professionally.

Worst property management ever. Hard to get a hold of. And when you do get a hold of them they are very rude and disrespectful.
