We were originally going to meet with Chris for consultation to learn how to set ourselves up for a good mortgage for home buying in 1-3 years. This rapidly changed when the perfect house came on the market. We called him in a panic, but he calmly educated us that night and helped set us up with a good offer for the house. Which we succeeded in getting!

Right after our inspections, we had to leave for a convention in Scotland, which meant that Chris and I were volleying emails and texts back and forth with an eight hour time difference. He and I had to find solutions to a variety of problems that otherwise wouldn't have happened or been easier to solve had we been in the states, and during this entire time, Chris remained patient, cheerful, and unendingly helpful.

We volleyed an insane amount of questions at him, set paperwork back for revisions, and made things quite complicated by being first time home buyers out of the country, but Chris always made sure we felt comfortable and confident about moving ahead. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
