I contemplated on doing a refinance for a while but after speaking to Sara and having her share some knowledge with me, we decided to pull the trigger and go forward. Let me tell you, it was the best decision ever. I was able to remove my PMI, pay off all my credit card debt, remove my car payment, and I still have the same mortgage payment.
