If I could give them 0 stars I would. Tried calling countless of times regarding my account, at one point they just start putting me straight to voicemail. I’ve been having an account with Provident for years and I’ve never been this disrespected. The person I spoke with Cherrielyn Galsim, she has a lack of communication and doesn’t know how to let their clients know when something is happening to their account. I spoke to the assistant manager and barely helped me with this matter as well. I expected more from this place.

This place is an absolute nightmare. Endless phone call purgatory. The bankers don't know what's going on. The website doesn't know what's going on. Nobody knows what's going on. Who's in charge here? I've had better customer service at Home Depot. At least they will take my money when I ask.

In person service Friday mid-day took 8ish minutes. Computers seem slow for straightforward transactions.
LOVE the prompt texts for account activity.
Staff are great face to face or on the phone.

Had a awesome experience at the bank yesterday. Had to meet the manager Mr. Lal with my issue. He was friendly, kind hearted, warm and helped in resolving our issue.

It is a real shame that some of the nicest bank tellers I have met at the Hayward branch have to work under one of the worst bank managers I have ever met and also share their branch with some of the unfriendliest, dumbest bank tellers in the trade.
After being a customer there for many years I have had it.
During the last visit I was told my accounts were closed which the HQ
later told me was obviously not true.

But that was just one of many dumb mistakes that I have had to withstand doing business with this credit union.

I will find another place to bank - the sooner the better.
