They always worked with me.. They have an awesome grace period for rent... tho I normally pay on time. They have nice office ladies. Jeff and butch are always willing to help me when I need repairs. Over all great. Company

A1 scammer how can a company or a person feel good about selling the house that they don't even own to somebody and then say the money they pay on the house every month is going towards property taxes and insurance. Come to find out you lose your house because they never owned it. What kind of company does that? What kind of person does that?

The house we originally went for was told it had been rented out it is still open 2 weeks later.. Seemed to be cool far landlords.
until u have called 2 times to be able to open 2 different bedrooms window to get fresh air and 1 room has a outlet that needs replaced.never hear back or anyone show up...and called once on leaky toilet..still messy for me and damaging their floor that I gotta live with 11.75 more months

SCAMMED OUT OF 100 DOLLARS! DO NOT PAY THIER "HOLD FEES"!!!!!
I found them on Facebook market place. They had a couple homes we were interested in. I got ahold of them and they told me to cone fill out an application and they would show me the houses. So we made the trip filled out the application, a week later I finally got through to someone and scheduled a viewing of 2 different homes. Both were pretty ran down. But the maintenance/ co-owner assured us that they were fixing all the problems. We decided on a house and he said to get a money order for 100 dollars and give it to them and they would run the application, start workingimmediatelyon the house and hold it for us. If the application was not approved we were told we would receive the 100 back.That was 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything from them and they will not return my calls. So they scamned 100 dollars from us.

They were to show me a house and stood me up. I called the office and they kept hanging up on me.not very professional
They didn't even call to say they were not meeting me at the house. With the name like A 1 investment they are not professional at least this day.
I found it very rude. For them to keep hanging up on me when I called within the hour of our meeting at the home .

Fire Hazard and a walking death trap! Basement would flood knock out heat and power. Rain or snow. Kitchen floor caved in 3 times before they fixed it to where it wouldn't. Any time maintenance would come in they always left their screws out and the work half done. Gas red tagged their fire place because it was not up to code.

SLUMLORDS.

Butch is aggressive and walks into properties even if you don't answer the door so be careful. That's who they send out for maintenance. But he won't fix anything anyway.
