(Review has been edited. I have updated my rating from one to two stars after someone begrudgingly came out to install stairs and repair the microwave mount. I'd like to be kinder, but the siding is still damaged and the dining room light fixture is missing. The screen door was too badly damaged to be installed. We were promised a replacement, but, after waiting over eight months for stairs, I'm not holding my breath. Parts of my original review are below. Edits with updated information have been noted in parenthesis.)
...
My mother-in-law purchased a small mobile home to be placed on our property last summer. While the site was being prepared and the home was sitting on THEIR lot, the salesman was in constant contact with my husband. He called frequently, and we felt pressured to get the site ready quickly. After the home was dropped off on our property, however, the folks at A2Z took things at a much more leisurely pace. IT HAS BEEN OVER FIVE MONTHS SINCE DELIVERY, and still no one has come out to complete the set-up. There are no stairs!
Interior elements were damaged in transit and have not been repaired.
...
(EDIT ONE with updated info: We have been told that the salesman who kept blowing us off is going through some things in his personal life and that's why he ghosted on us. While the man has my sincere sympathies for his difficulties, he ought to have delegated his workload to someone else before taking leave. A business can't just ignore customers. Someone should have followed up with our calls. The fact is they STILL haven't finished the set-up work over nine months after delivery.)
...
(EDIT TWO: I see the business responded to my year-old review about three months ago. First, never might have been better than late in this instance, my guy. Second, why do you need a name? We went eight months without stairs and called about it several times. Does your business leave a job unfinished and ghost customers so frequently that you were unable to narrow it down based on that description alone? Why not just go back through your customers from summer of '22 and redeem yourselves with everyone who had to call repeatedly for several months to get stairs to enter their house? I'll tell you like I told my ex: I'm glad you've gained insight and want to make amends, but you dropped the ball here and you're never winning me back. Just do better with everyone else in the future.)

Such a nice owner.
We literally called just to ask questions about another property.
She spent half an hour , genuinely answering our questions. Not even making a sale.
The world needs more honest, caring people like her!
Thank you!
Thank you for your time, honesty, and kindness.
You are appreciated!!

We bought our home 2 years ago, through the buying process everyone was great. The first year we had a few minor issues that were taken care of as quickly as they were able to make happen. Communication was always happening. It was nice to have done business with people that seemed to really care. Then in June of last year our water heater started leaking and there is visible water damage in several areas, we replaced the bad element and saw no more leaking and when we told both a2z and the home builders about it and the damage, we were told told the water heater only had a one year warranty and nothing they could do. The siding is always falling off and bubbled in areas, the underpinning is just awful. Our water heater went out again this past summer, we replaced both elements, it worked for a week and went out again, we were told told there was nothing they could do. So we had to buy a new unit. The tub in the master bath started leaking at some point t we aren't sure when or for how long it was just a tiny leak but a leak none the less and from that leak we now have visible water damage in that area and because it was such a small leak we didn't notice it until there was mold on the outside of the wall. We found and fixed the leak sprayed the molded areas with bleach and were told that there was nothing they could do. The framework around every window has either large gaps or bubbles/waves. One of the bedroom windows does not open at all. Where the two halves join together you can feel them separating under the carpeting and you can see gaps in the trim that covers that seem in the living room/dining room. I have pictured of all and many other things that I have addressed with A2Z and I was told oh sorry there's nothing we can do. Winston home builders is the manufacturer of our double wide.

Working with Cayden and Billy was a pleasure. As soon as the paperwork process started Cayden was on top of everything once I sent my documents in. She communicated with me in a timely manner about everything and helped wherever she could. The tram setting up the home did a great job as well. NOBODY can beat the prices they have to offer! I've been looking for over a year and I was truly impressed with what I was able to walk away with. If I ever purchase another mobile home or if I have anyone I know looking I'll definitely send them here.

Mrs. Deb was the most helpful, with getting the perfect home for me and my family. The prices, construction, and staff was extraordinary. Deb went above and beyond to make sure that i got all of the house that i wanted and stayed in budget! Not only did she get my home the way that i wanted, they also sale furniture that was included in the price of the home. So bottom line, Deb helped me find my dream home so please give A2Z the chance to find yours!!

2 years after buying our home from them we've had so many issues that they refuse to address at all. The first year they acted like they cared and but after the first year they basically gave us a big middle finger and laughed when we called them with issues they hadn't addressed before and new more serious issues.

It's been a process to buy this home, they need to communicate more with their customers from the beginning and follow through. I found out that it is not a real fast process to get into a home at all. They have really nice homes.
