My car registration at AAA was incredibly fast and efficient. Liz provided excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service, making the whole process a breeze. The only drawback was that debit cards are not accepted for payment. Because of the fast service and Liz's help, l'd give AAA 5 stars, but the lack of debit card payment brings it to a still-high 3 stars.
Highly recommend for quick registration and great staff like Liz!

They make you wait in a line and stand, what happened to letting us sit and just call our name. Also bought a trip from Patty who was good but didn’t tell me they make it hard on you if you want to cancel, I even bought trip insurance $1000. I should be able to cancel for any reason I don’t want to be questioned as to why as it’s truly not AAA business. I may not renew next time around .
Update spoke to Allen and had more knowledge and is now helping me .

This used to be a really nice office that was really convenient. Unfortunately their customer service has really gone downhill these past few visits and they have become really nit picky with any little thing. I've been a member with them through my mom for 40 years, and also with my partner on a separate account too. We have all of our names on everything so anyone could take care of something, but not anymore apparently. Now I dread trying to use their services.

Horribly slow and poorly organized. While waiting in the DMV Express line 3 people who had not brought the proper paperwork were helped first and finished 20 minutes before I even made it to the front of the line. Also, there are two receptions who just direct people to the express line or wait for their name. I can't imagine why two are needed.

On Saturday 10/5/24, my car would not start so I called AAA, out to check my battery. The tech said that it was OK and to charge it. So I charged it for 8 hours! It started the following morning. Then that evening it would not start. So I took it to the dealership and they said that the battery is BAD!! So not only did I have to pay the dealership over $300.00, to diagnose it. I still have to pay for a new Battery!!! Thanks for costing me much money AAA!!!

I have AAA membership and now have auto insurance also with them. Jorge Perez at AAA helped get us an auto insurance policy with autopay. He was very helpful.
