This place is really welcoming. The front desk receptionist was warm smiling helpful and patient. While I was waiting for service, a worker approached me and said I'm just checking on you we will be with you shortly I just want to see what you need and get you started so when they do call you, you'll be ready. I was really impressed.

I had a very disappointing experience at this DMV location. The two women assisting customers—an older African American woman with glasses and an Asian woman (who looks slightly Hispanic and has a heart tattoo on her hand)—were incredibly rude and unprofessional. Their attitudes were unwelcoming and dismissive, and it was clear they had no interest in helping anyone. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially when people are already stressed about DMV-related issues. AAA, please do better. Your members deserve respectful and helpful service.

Really recommend this company for overall customer service, they’re very reliable, upfront and professional. I’ve never in the six years of doing business with them had a problem , and service is always fast.

I called road side assistance to jump my car. When the guy got there he refused to jump my car unless I paid for a new battery. He said my car is a 2021 (its a 2023) and the battery needs to be replaced every 2 years (my car was just serviced by subaru, so no, it didn’t need to be replaced.) I would have called for another truck but my mom and I were trying to evacuate from the fires (this was the day the Palisades fire started) and I couldn’t risk the wait for someone else. They called to deny my reimbursement form because apparently when you sign the paper, you sign away your right to a refund. So thank you so much for essentially scamming me out of $280 by sending a no head moron to REFUSE to jump my car unless I cough up the cash. Hope this doesn’t happen to you when you’re out stranded in the middle of nowhere wondering why you pay a membership fee just to be charged AGAIN. Go get insurance else where!! I read that Travelers has a much better rating on Nerdwallet.
