We've been coming to this location for years. We've been members for almost 30 yrs. Today 2/7/25 was our WORST experience with ANYONE or ANYTHING at AAA. Went for DMV and the woman that helped us was the RUDEST UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON EVER. Her name is Vanessa and she needs to be a little less RUDE and more helpful. If and when we come back to this office, I will NOT let this person help us. 5 STARS to the Redlands office, just not vanessa

Went in to the Redlands location to register my vehicle AND have them correct an error on the registration info that a previous Triple A employee made when I transferred a license plate a few months earlier. Ayia was assigned to help me and she was wonderful! She understood what I needed and took care of my issue immediately. She even apologized for the previous employee who created the mistake in the first place - today, that type of service is unheard of! Accountability, and it wasn't even HER error! Kudos to Ayia - professional, polite, knowledgeable, just everything you want to see from a customer service representative. She gets an A+ from me! Thank you, Ayia!

They need to be more efficient and hire more people this is Ridiculous... !!!

We signed our son up for teen drivers school, both road and freeway, but this location is nearly always booked out. We've gotten 2 of 10 lessons here in a year! Just to do something more, we were forced to drive up to Victorville for 2 more lessons, which, we feel, is not what we signed up for. Here we are, just 4, or maybe 5, lessons into a 10 lesson purchase, again: IN A YEAR, and our son hasn't been able to book an appt at Redlands for months now. It is difficult for us to find the time to drive up to Victorville. You really need to hire more people if you have that much of a demand Redlands!! To be perfectly clear, the instructors, themselves, are great. It's the amount of time that they have to schedule that leaves much to be desired. This is, most likely, an ownership or staffing issue. In Redlands,California is a very convenient and full service auto,home,life and casualty insurance provider.They also provide towing services,travel and cruise reservations and trip assistance to anywhere in the world!
They have a very friendly and helpful staff
always ready to help.
You can also take care of DMV and registration matters here at no extra service costs than what the DMV would charge and you can avoid the lines!
They also have terrific assortment of travel books available for members.
Plenty of free parking,close to the I-10 freeway and afterwards grab something to eat at nearby restaurants!

My wife and I have gone through a few Auto Insurance companies over the years, and switched to AAA a couple of years ago when my son worked for them…Anyways, a week ago I was in an accident and now I know what they mean when they say AAA sets the bar. They go above and beyond what you’d expect. I’m very impressed. I highly recommend.

Natasha Garcia is an amazing travel agent! She is so knowledgeable, warm and very efficient. She’s always wanting to increase her knowledge for her customers. I have never had a negative experience in this AAA location. Thank you to all of you; but most importantly, Natasha.

Rene, "only a receptionist" was incredibly unhelpful. I came in during my 45 min lunch to try and get my registration stickers after doing my smog check. I let her know I was unsure what to do or where to go immediately into the interaction, I told her that I was told by my mom that all I had to do was go in and show them my smog check result and they'd be able to help me out the rest of the way. This was unfortunately not the case. Rene did not help me out at all, didn't send me in the right director or even suggest anything helpful, she said she couldn't look up anything since she was "just a receptionist". I was incredibly disappointed to see the absolute lack of customer service displayed. I understand it was a busy day, but even with that Rene had to be reminded to suggest the Highlands location, since they were so backed up.
