I have been a AAA member for years, I went into the Upland location to make changes. I was assisted by a agent for car insurance and I was quoted a specific amount for my monthly premium. Documents were signed etc. When my auto withdrawal was made, was almost the double of what my premium was. I called and emailed this office and as of TODAY no one has emailed me or called me back! I called the AAA customer service for auto insurance and the representative assisted me and EXPLAINED why the premium was so high. I was able to confirm and have my premium the way it should have been from the beginning.
The representative via phone which was VERY helpful and I give the representative a 10! Your office a zero!

My husband and I stopped by to just inquire on a family vacation this year. We met with Valerie Stiles travel agent, she was wonderful, extremely patient, extremely detailed, gave us all the information we needed, we ended up booking our vacation right there and then with her. If it wasn’t for her amazing communication skills and how professional she was we would not be taking a trip. If you ever consider looking into a vacation please visit Valerie Stiles she is great. The service was good. The price was okay. They had the computer down so they couldn't help me today. I went to another branch next to Ranch Cucamonga. The place was clean. Neighborhood is okay not the greatest. Not too hard to find. I have to wait to a long line to get service.

Well, I'm guessing just Lies we been insulted and Rude behavior mentally illness have this Traveling assistance they told us they are to Lazy for Helping there costumer don't wanna look something up. And this old Men he has a Hearing issues and this Females specially this April Rude behavior and she thinks costumers are stupid She tells Lies she Blocking costumer for Appointments or that Insulting Travel Workers cancel but don't tell the costumer nothing the are very Insulting, Rude, and what we Requested the Airlines we not getting and what we are saying they picked something even when you speaking with the office the don't know anything and don't want to Help what kind of Rude place I'm tried to get information like quotes and they complain this stupid Insulting Whatever Works there the don't know there Job and seen the are Lazy don't want to Help, the give you not a Package you want

I am 75..Been with AAA since 1992..No Accidents..No Dui's..I am charged $1700 plus for the year and this is with a $500 deductible. WTH 😠 He tells me...because they have promt service when you're in an accident. I wouldn't know that, I've NEVER had one.....GRRRRRR! 😡

Called to ask about information for my insurance policy in regards to my automatic payment why the payment wasn't pulled out automatically, I spoke with Ceasar from insurance sales from the AAA Upland office and he was very rude said it was my fault and said it in a very disrespectful way. I had everything in order not my fault it's AAA fault.... If I can give him zero stars I would, someone like that does not deserve to work with AAA. That's how you lose customers.

I’ve been here twice now and both times I was given false information about their DMV services. Both times I had to go to the DMV to do what AAA is supposed do. Both times that I was there I was helped out by the same person and both occasions shes given me the wrong information. To her defense she seems like a new hire. Regardless of the fact this Office lacks customer service. I called another AAA location and said they where able to help me but unfortunately for me it was just too much out of my way. So I came to my local dmv to which my surprise only lasted an hour to take care of my situation.
